Interviewer instructions

If some community irrigation facilities like canals, deep tubewell etc. are available
and household made use of those facilities for cultivation, the amount paid to the government or other local bodies for getting the benefit will be considered as “charges for irrigation”. Also labour charges for bringing water from a distance for the purpose of cultivation will also be included under this item.
